Toprak Ambalaj was founded in 2014 (7 years ago) by Ersin Tagay, a married father of a child who was only 28 years old.

After his father passed away at a young age, he saw the bitter truth that his dreams were big and life was too short, he ended his work in corporate life and decided to start a company that he would name after his first child, Toprak.

He started his journey with a 100-meter-square shop and two Strech wrapping machines in 2014 and spent the first year doing both production, sales and shipment alone, and managed to survive despite all the losses suffered by being a beginner learning the trade.

He managed to endear himself to both his suppliers and customers in a short time and gained the trust of several strong corporate companies that he still continues to serve today, and he made his first recruitment in 2015 and continued his journey with a 3-person team.

Between 2015 and 2017, he added Stretch, Tape wrapping and printing machines to its production, increasing the number of customers to over 100, and in 2017, it moved to its factory with a closed area of two thousand square meters located in Hadımköy, Istanbul, where it is still serving.

İn 2018, he became a father again with his second child, Ada. In the same year, in order to increase customer satisfaction, he increased the number of delivery vehicles to three and ensured that the company was more recognized and preferred with fast delivery within Istanbul.

At the beginning of 2020, it has been involved in the paper packaging sector by investing in machinery to produce Cardboard Edge Protector. as of 2021, it has doubled the number of gusset production machines and also added paper decoiler to its products with the investment of Cardboard Table machine with 5 separate machine tracks, today it has reached the capacity of processing 10.000 tons of paper annually.

Dec Sundays to be among the recognized companies of the sector with the love of its employees and the trust of its customers, it has started to represent our country in the International Market as well.

Toprak Ambalaj continues its activities as a medium-sized enterprise that manufactures ISO 9001 and FSC Certified Stretch Films, Duct Tape, Cardboard Edge Protectors and Bobbins with the ESTO brand today, has more than 20 employees, has adopted honest, reliable and high-quality service as a principle.

Toprak Ambalaj company is being established.

100 Customer Acquisition with 3 Person Team.

2000 m² Hadımköy Factory is being established.

5 Paper Packaging, Cardboard Gusset and Core Production with Machine Park.

CRM, ERP, MES systems were commissioned.

Our Code of Ethics and Principles

All of our individual and corporate relations are based on the principle of ”trust". This trust includes the dimensions of gaining the trust of the customer, reflecting the same trust to the counterparty and the resulting business.

The main thing is the expectation of our “Customers” and this is strictly met. To achieve this is our main goal. For this reason, we conduct all kinds of interviews and information before the service.

We do not employ “Child Laborers” under any circumstances, we expect the same care from our suppliers, and we even ask for assurances that the necessary measures have been taken in this regard.
